No. They confirm their email with a six-digit code, and the space opens in their browser.

Are they told when I add something?

Yes. When you add or replace something, everyone in the space gets one email about it, held for ten minutes so a run of edits sends one.

What happens when the deal is done?

Archive the space. The door closes for everyone and everything in it is kept. On Pro, duplicate it for the next company.
