Host an event with registration

One link to register, a guest list that fills itself, and a calendar invitation for every seat.

About 15 minutes

  1. Create the event.

Events, then Create an event. A name, a start and a time zone are all it needs to exist. Add the venue or the joining link, and the number of seats if the room has a limit.

  2. Ask what you need to know.

The Questions row is the registration form, whole: name and email are always asked; company, role and phone can be off, optional or required; and you can add questions of your own.

  3. Give it a picture and a color.

The Style row takes a header image, cropped to the shape the page draws, and an accent of the event's own. Everything else matches your Lynkur, so the page reads as yours.

  4. Publish, then share.

Publish gives the event its address and its QR code. Put the link in a message or an email, or show the code on a screen. Nobody needs an account to register.

  5. Let the invitation do the reminding.

Every registration gets a confirmation with a calendar invitation attached, and a reminder the day before. If you move the date or the room, everyone on the list is told once, ten minutes after you save.

  6. Leave the follow-up on the page.

Add the recording, the deck or the photographs under After the event. They appear on the event page when it ends, and the list is emailed once an hour after the last item.

Everyone who registered is in People, with the event on their record and room for your notes.

Give your next introduction a place to go.

Start with your address. Add the rest as you go.
